Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing a daily pill called sotorasib (AMG510) in people with stage III lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (KRAS G12C) and cannot be treated with standard chemotherapy plus radiation. The study will enroll about 19 participants to see if the drug can delay cancer growth. The pill works by blocking the mutant protein that drives the cancer.
