New hope for lung cancer patients with hard-to-treat gene mutation

Summary
This study tests a pill called sotorasib in people with stage III lung cancer that has a specific KRAS G12C gene change and cannot have standard chemo-radiation. About 19 participants will receive the drug to see if it can delay cancer growth. The goal is to measure how long the cancer stays under control.
