New drug may reverse lung artery damage in rare Heart-Lung condition

Summary

This study looks at whether the drug sotatercept can help repair damaged blood vessels in the lungs of people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Researchers will use special imaging techniques to see if the blood vessels become healthier over 9 months. The study plans to enroll 30 adults with PAH.
