First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding sotatercept to usual medicines helps adults with pulmonary hypertension from unrepaired heart defects (like holes in the heart) walk farther and feel better. About 36 adults in Japan will be randomly assigned to get sotatercept injections or continue standard care alone for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this combination improves exercise ability and heart-lung function.
