Summary

This study looks at whether adding a CDK4/6 inhibitor (a targeted drug) to hormone therapy earlier or later works better for women with advanced hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer. About 1,050 women will receive either the drug combo first followed by another hormone therapy, or hormone therapy first followed by the combo. The goal is to see which sequence helps control the cancer longer without worsening quality of life.
