Summary

This study tests an experimental drug, BH-30643, in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has certain changes in the EGFR or HER2 genes. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 266 adults who have already tried standard treatments will take part.
