Inclusion Criteria: * Absence of any physician-diagnosed chronic conditions. * Not being on any pharmacological treatment. * Maintaining regular follow-ups at the designated Nutrition and Diet Counseling Centers. * Providing written informed consent for study participation. * Age range of 19-64 years.
