Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether sodium aescinate, a compound from horse chestnut seeds, can safely reduce pain and disability in adults with chronic low back pain. Forty participants will take either the drug or a placebo twice daily for six weeks. Researchers will measure pain levels and daily function to see if the treatment helps.
