Summary
This study is testing a program called SONATA that involves a patient's friends and family to provide better support. It aims to see if this social network approach helps older adults with advanced cancer feel more confident managing their care and improves their emotional well-being. The pilot will enroll 70 participants to check if the program is practical and shows early signs of helping.
