NCT ID NCT05448313
Summary
This study tested whether having a live-in support person helps veterans lose more weight and keep it off. 300 veterans with obesity and their cohabitating partners were randomly assigned to do a virtual weight management program alone or as a team. The main goal was to see which group had better weight loss results after 72 weeks (about 1.5 years).
