Summary
This study is testing a new social skills training program designed to help veterans with serious mental illness (like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or PTSD) improve their work relationships and job success. About 20 veterans will take part in weekly group sessions and practice skills with their employment coach. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful, and to measure changes in quality of life and work confidence.
