Summary
This study tested which of two different training courses was better at helping people with psychosis improve their social skills and quality of life. 113 veterans participated and were randomly assigned to one of the two-month courses. One course focused on understanding other people's thoughts and feelings, while the other focused on strategies for handling everyday problems and stress.
