Summary

This study tested a social robot named ARI in a day hospital for elderly patients. Researchers wanted to see if patients, families, and staff would find the robot helpful and easy to use. The robot was designed to inform, guide, and entertain, as well as support care workers. 115 people took part, and the study measured how acceptable and usable the robot was.
