Summary
This study is testing whether adding 'social prescribing' to therapy helps teens with anxiety or depression. Social prescribing connects young people to community activities like sports, arts, or volunteering. The study will enroll 120 teens aged 11-18 who are already in therapy to see if this extra support is practical and helpful for their mental health and wellbeing.
