Summary
This study tested a 6-week program called T-VIDA, where seniors in a housing community met with an occupational therapist via Zoom and joined group sessions to increase physical activity. The program also involved respected community members to encourage participation. With only 8 participants, the goal was to see if this approach is feasible and helpful for reducing physical inactivity.
