First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a social media game can encourage older women (ages 65-85) to walk more. Participants will join a private Facebook group with weekly photo challenges and wear a step tracker. The goal is to see if this fun, social approach boosts daily steps compared to just using a tracker alone.
