Summary

This study looks at how severe alcohol use disorder changes the brain and makes it harder to understand others' emotions and intentions. Researchers will use brain scans and daily smartphone surveys to track social interactions in 60 adults. The goal is to find better ways to support social recovery and prevent relapse.
