Summary

This study looks at whether a single session of a computer-based task can help young adults with social anxiety feel less nervous right away. Researchers will compare the task to a placebo version in 130 university students aged 18 to 25. The goal is to see if changing how people interpret social cues can lower their immediate anxiety.
