First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a single session of computer-based cognitive bias modification can reduce social anxiety in 130 Pakistani university students aged 18 to 25. Participants will either receive the active training or a control version, and their anxiety levels will be measured before and after. The goal is to see if changing how people interpret social situations can quickly lower anxiety.
