Summary
This study is testing a new program called 'Meet Me on the Pitch' that uses soccer and coaching to help improve mental health and school engagement for teens and young adults. The program combines soccer activities with lessons on handling emotions and seeking help. Researchers will compare this special program to regular soccer practice to see if it helps participants feel better and do better in school.
