New combo attack on returning prostate cancer shows promise

Summary
This study tests whether combining surgery and radiation can help men whose prostate cancer has returned and spread to a few spots in the body. Twenty participants will receive targeted treatments to remove or destroy these cancer spots. The main goal is to see if this approach can lower PSA levels by at least half six months after treatment.
