Summary

This study tests a new treatment called SNIPR001, which uses specially designed viruses to kill a type of antibiotic-resistant E. coli bacteria. The trial includes 24 adults with blood cancer who are scheduled for a stem cell transplant and already carry these resistant bacteria. Participants will receive either SNIPR001 or a placebo alongside standard antibiotics to see if it is safe and can reduce the bacteria.
