Summary
This study is testing whether a program using smartwatches, a phone app, and health coaching can help overweight adults improve their heart health. It will involve about 1,400 people who have borderline high blood pressure, blood sugar, or cholesterol. The goal is to see if this tech-supported lifestyle program works better than standard health advice at improving diet, activity, sleep, and other key health factors over one year.
