Can your smartwatch spot heart failure? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT06335264
Summary
This study aimed to see if a special smartwatch could find patterns in a person's body signals and voice that might indicate heart failure. Researchers had 56 people, some with and some without heart failure, wear the device during clinic visits and record their voices at home. The goal is to use this information to help develop new, easier ways to screen for and monitor this serious heart condition.
