Summary

This study is testing if using a smartwatch that tracks body composition and sends exercise reminders can help people maintain muscle mass while taking popular weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro. Researchers want to see if this combination safely improves strength and physical function. The study is enrolling 100 adults who have recently started or plan to start these medications.
