Summary
This study tested whether using a smartwatch and its companion app could help people with obstructive sleep apnea use their CPAP machine more consistently. 46 adults who had trouble sticking with CPAP therapy participated. The smartwatch tracked sleep, snoring, oxygen levels, and other health data, and the app provided feedback to encourage regular use.
