Summary
This study aims to see if adding digital tools to standard pain management helps people feel better. 80 adults with chronic low back pain will be randomly assigned to either receive standard care or standard care plus a smartwatch and mobile app for tracking. The goal is to find out if real-time monitoring and sharing data with doctors improves pain, daily function, and quality of life over a four-week program.
