Your watch vs. an implant: the race to catch a dangerous heartbeat

Summary
This study is testing if smartwatches can find irregular heartbeats (atrial fibrillation) in people who recently had a stroke. Researchers will compare two different smartwatches to a small implanted heart monitor, which is the current best method. The goal is to see if these common, less invasive devices can be a good alternative for long-term heart monitoring.
