Summary
This study is testing whether personalized text messages can help young adults who don't get enough exercise become more active and slow weight gain. Researchers will compare three groups: one gets messages tailored by a smart algorithm, one gets random messages, and one gets no messages. Participants will wear an activity tracker for a year to see which approach works best.
