Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone meditation app called the Healthy Minds Program can help reduce depression symptoms in teenagers. Researchers will enroll 200 teens with elevated depression scores to use the app for 8 weeks, comparing it to a control group using a different app. Participants will track their mood, sleep, and social interactions while wearing a fitness band to measure physical responses.
