Can your phone help rebuild a failing heart?

NCT ID NCT05873543

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program guided by a case manager and supported by a smartphone app can help people with heart failure. Researchers want to see if this approach improves patients' fitness, walking ability, and quality of life compared to standard care. The program is designed to be more accessible and easier to stick with than traditional rehabilitation.
