NCT ID NCT06994104
Summary
This study aims to understand how heavy smartphone and video game use might be linked to health problems in university students. Researchers will survey about 200 physiotherapy students to see if these digital habits are connected to less physical activity, poor sleep, higher stress, fatigue, and body pain. The goal is to gather information that could help create future programs to encourage healthier technology use among young people.
