Can an app help veterans beat depression?
NCT ID NCT04002063
Summary
This study tested whether adding a smartphone app to standard talk therapy helps veterans with depression recover faster. Researchers compared veterans using the app alongside therapy to those using therapy alone. The goal was to see if the app made it easier for veterans to learn and practice the coping skills taught in therapy.
