Phone app aims to ease migraine pain and disability

Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called RELAXaHEAD to see if it can help people with migraines. Researchers will enroll 356 participants from primary care clinics to try the app's behavioral techniques for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the app reduces how much migraines disrupt daily work and life, and if any benefits last for up to 6 months after using it.
