Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app could help people with knee osteoarthritis stick to their prescribed exercise routines. 120 participants were randomly assigned to either use the app alongside their usual care or to receive standard care alone. The main goal was to see if the app improved how consistently people did their exercises over six months.
