Smart water bottles fight kidney stones
NCT ID NCT05196113
Summary
This study tested whether smart technology could help people with a history of kidney stones drink more water to prevent future stones. Researchers gave 216 participants smart water bottles, fitness trackers, and mobile apps that sent reminders to drink. The goal was to see if these tools could help people form better hydration habits over a 12-month period.
