Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week home exercise program delivered through a smartphone app can improve quality of life, muscle function, and physical performance in women who have recently gone through menopause. About 90 women aged 45 to 65 will participate. The goal is to see if technology can help manage common menopause-related changes in a convenient way.
