Summary
This study is testing whether using a smaller chest tube after minimally invasive lung cancer surgery causes less pain than the standard larger tube. Researchers will enroll 124 patients who are having part of their lung removed and randomly assign them to receive either a small or large tube. The main goal is to measure pain levels after surgery to see if the smaller tube improves patient comfort without increasing risks.
