Summary
This study tests whether a thinner tube (6-French Glidesheath Slender) can make heart procedures safer for people with small wrist arteries. About 594 adults with coronary artery disease will be randomly assigned to get the standard tube or the thinner one through a wrist access point. The main goal is to see if the thinner tube reduces the chance of the wrist artery getting blocked after the procedure.
