Balloon battle: which device best opens tiny heart arteries?

Summary
This study compares two types of drug-coated balloons used to open blocked small arteries in the heart. About 180 adults with coronary artery disease will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two balloons. The goal is to see which balloon better prevents future heart problems like heart attacks or the need for another procedure.
