Summary
This study looked at whether practicing slow-paced breathing at home can help people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) manage symptoms like shortness of breath, tiredness, and poor sleep. 42 adults with stable PAH took part. Researchers measured changes in breathing tests, blood markers, and quality of life to see if this simple technique offers real relief.
