First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study compares two surgical sling methods (single-incision vs. retropubic) for treating stress urinary incontinence in women undergoing minimally invasive pelvic organ prolapse repair. About 180 women will be randomly assigned to one of the two sling types. The goal is to see which approach better reduces bothersome urine leakage without making the surgery harder.
