Summary

This study tests a new sleep therapy called SleepSMART for veterans who have both insomnia and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). SleepSMART is a version of standard cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) that includes extra memory aids to help veterans learn and stick with the treatment. The study will compare SleepSMART to standard CBT-I in 150 veterans to see which works better for improving sleep.
