Summary
This study tested a mobile app called SleepFix that delivers behavioral therapy for insomnia in 106 adults with chronic low back pain and poor sleep. The goal was to see if using the app for 3 weeks could reduce how much pain interferes with daily life after 6 weeks. Participants were compared to a group that received sleep health education. The study is complete and results will show if the app helps improve pain and sleep.
