Summary

This study tests whether changing sleep timing and using morning light therapy can improve symptoms and quality of life in people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. About 68 adults with active IBD symptoms will participate. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, mood, and sleep disturbances.
