Summary

This study looks at whether treating insomnia with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-I) can lower blood sugar levels in people with prediabetes, a condition that often leads to type 2 diabetes. About 300 adults with both prediabetes and insomnia will receive either CBT-I or standard health education. The goal is to see if improving sleep can help prevent diabetes.
