Digital sleep coach tested to boost stroke rehab
NCT ID NCT05511285
Summary
This Oxford study is testing whether a digital sleep improvement program can help stroke survivors sleep better. Researchers want to see if better sleep helps the brain consolidate motor skills learned during rehabilitation. About 100 participants will try the online sleep therapy or receive their usual care, and some may also try optional arm movement training at home.
