New study tests sleep therapy for the grieving

Summary

This study looks at whether a brief behavioral therapy for insomnia (BBTI) can improve sleep in people who have lost a loved one and now have trouble sleeping. About 58 adults who have been grieving for at least 6 months and have insomnia will take part. They will either receive the therapy or sleep hygiene education. The study also checks if better sleep helps with complicated grief.
