Veterans with COPD and insomnia get help through online sleep program

Summary

This study tested an internet-based sleep program for veterans with both COPD and insomnia. 13 veterans were randomly assigned to either the online sleep treatment or online sleep education. The goal was to see if the program could improve sleep and quality of life. Results were measured before, right after, and 3 months after treatment.
