Summary
This study is testing whether a brief sleep improvement program can help people with substance use disorders stay longer in their recovery treatment. Researchers will work with 150 adults living in a residential recovery program who also have insomnia. The goal is to see if improving sleep makes it easier for people to complete their addiction treatment successfully.
