Can a lullaby for your brain slow Parkinson's decline?
NCT ID NCT07441915
Summary
This study is testing whether improving deep sleep with gentle sounds can make brain training more effective for people with Parkinson's disease who have mild memory problems. Fifty participants will do a 5-week brain fitness program at home and wear a special headband at night; half will get real sleep-enhancing sounds, and half will get a placebo version. The goal is to see if this combined approach can help slow cognitive decline.
