Summary
This study aims to understand if having a more regular sleep schedule improves markers of heart, blood vessel, and metabolic health. Researchers will ask healthy adults and a subgroup with chronic pain to keep a consistent bedtime for 12 weeks. They will measure changes in blood pressure, body chemistry, and pain levels to see if sleep regularity makes a difference.
